3. Order Placement

By placing an order with Freestyle Transfers, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and correct information regarding the products, artwork, and shipping details. You are solely responsible for the content of the artwork provided for printing.

  • Artwork Submission: You are responsible for ensuring that the artwork files submitted are of high quality, in the correct format, and free from any infringement on intellectual property rights.
  • Order Confirmation: Once your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation. If there are any issues with the order (such as missing information or incorrect artwork), we will notify you as soon as possible.
  • Cancellation: Orders may be canceled within 1 hour of placement. After this time, production may have already begun, and cancellations may not be possible.

4. Pricing and Payment

All prices are quoted in U.S. Dollars and are subject to change without notice. The final price for your order will be confirmed at the time of checkout.

  • Payment Methods: We accept payments through major credit/debit cards, PayPal, and direct bank transfers.
  • Taxes and Fees: Sales tax may be applied to orders where applicable, based on the shipping address.
  • Payment Authorization: You authorize us to charge the payment method provided for the total amount of your order.

5. Shipping and Delivery

  • Shipping Fees: Shipping costs are calculated based on the delivery address and shipping method selected during checkout.
  • Delivery Time: Delivery times are estimated and may vary depending on your location. We are not responsible for any delays caused by shipping carriers.
  • Local Pickup: If you are in the Florence, SC area, local pickup is available. You will be notified when your order is ready for pickup.
  • Risk of Loss: Once the order is shipped or picked up, the risk of loss or damage to the products transfers to the customer.

6. Returns and Refunds

Due to the custom nature of our products, Freestyle Transfers does not accept returns unless there is a defect or error in production. Please refer to our Return and Refund Policy for detailed information on eligibility and the process for returns or refunds.

7. Intellectual Property

You retain the ownership rights to the artwork you submit to us, provided that you have the necessary rights to use and reproduce the content. However, by submitting artwork to us for printing, you grant Freestyle Transfers a license to use the artwork for the purposes of fulfilling your order.

  • Trademarks and Copyrights: You agree not to submit or use any artwork that infringes upon the copyrights, trademarks, or other intellectual property rights of third parties.
  • Ownership of Products: Once your order is completed and delivered, you own the finished products, but Freestyle Transfers retains ownership of any design files and materials used to produce the transfer.

8. Limitation of Liability

Freestyle Transfers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our products or services, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or delays in production or shipping.

In the event of an error or defect with your order, our liability is limited to either a refund or replacement, as outlined in our Return and Refund Policy.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Freestyle Transfers, its officers, employees, agents, and affiliates harmless from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of our services, your violation of these Terms of Service, or infringement of any rights of third parties.
