Returns Policy

Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not accept returns on orders unless there is a defect or error caused by Freestyle Transfers. If you believe there is an issue with your order, please follow these steps:

  1. Report the Issue: Notify us within 5 business days of receiving your order by contacting us at Orders@freestyletransfers.com or calling us at 843-656-9800.
  2. Provide Details: Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the product showing the problem.
  3. Resolution Process: Once we review your claim, we will determine if a replacement or refund is warranted.

Refund Policy

Refunds Are Issued for the Following Reasons:

  • Errors in production caused by Freestyle Transfers (e.g., incorrect design, color, or size).
  • Defective or damaged transfers that are unusable upon delivery.

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Customer-provided artwork with errors, low resolution, or improper formatting.
  • Application errors, such as improper heat press settings or misuse.
  • Customer dissatisfaction with design choices approved before production.
  • Orders lost or delayed due to incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.

Refund Method

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days after confirmation.

Replacement Policy

If your order qualifies for a replacement:

  • We will expedite production to ensure the corrected product reaches you as quickly as possible.
  • Replacements are offered at no additional cost for issues caused by Freestyle Transfers.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 1 hour of placement. After this period, production begins, and cancellations are no longer possible.
