Turnaround Times

Our standard production time is 72 hours (3 days), but most orders are processed and shipped within 48 hours.

Our mission is to process and ship all orders by the next business day. However, it may sometimes take 2-3 business days to complete your order. Expedited Shipping Orders and Jump The Line Orders are always prioritized for the fastest processing and delivery. If you're in a rush, select one of these options during checkout.

    • Guaranteed Next Day Air Saver
    • Guaranteed UPS Next Day Air
    • Saturday Delivery (Available for orders placed after Thursday, 3 PM. Your address must qualify with UPS for this option.)

Tracking Numbers

You will receive a tracking number by email once your order has shipped. Please allow 1-3 business days for the shipping carrier to activate or update your tracking information.

If you do not receive your tracking number within 3 business days, please contact us with your name, email, and order number for assistance.
