Pressing Instructions

Our DTF Transfers have been specially formulated to produce excellent results on a variety of products and can press in as little as 3 seconds! To achieve fast production and professional results, it is important to test before going to production.
Due to the amount of heat presses on the market, along with varying quality, it is almost impossible to give definitive times and temperatures for application. With that said, we have tested our transfers multiple presses and irons, using the guidelines below and have had excellent results. Again, testing before going to production is highly reccomended. If you have any trouble, feel free to call 843-656-9180 and we will help you through it!
Instructions
We have done extensive testing with a variety of fabrics, caps, promotional items and hard goods to come up with the best temperature/time combinations to press your transfers with excellent results. Although a cover sheet is not required, depending on the age and condition of your heat press, it may be necessary to protect the transfer. Make sure to calibrate your heat press with a quality temperature gun. The reading on your heat press display may not be accurate.
